Structural composition and process characteristics of single-shaft paddle mixer

The single-shaft paddle mixer is a homogenizing equipment developed for the new grinding process. When the discharge door is opened, the materials in the mixing tank can be completely discharged, the discharging time is short and there is no surplus, and the production efficiency can be effectively improved; The door is driven by the power mechanism to open and close around the door shaft, which is easy to operate and reduces the workload of the operator. It is suitable for uniform mixing of pharmaceutical, chemical, feed industry and multi-component dry powder raw materials.

Compared with other devices, the single-shaft paddle mixer is light in weight, low in energy consumption, low in noise and good in mixing quality. It is the equipment of choice for small and medium-sized construction projects. The single-shaft paddle mixer is mainly composed of three parts, namely a stirring, hoisting and unloading mechanism.

The single-shaft paddle mixer adopts a horizontal shaft stirring mechanism, which is mainly composed of a mixing drum, a stirring shaft and a shaft end sealing device. The mixing drum is a steel structural member with a lining plate inside. The mixing shaft is provided with several sets of symmetrical stirring blades, which are simple in structure and convenient in assembly and adjustment, and can adjust the gap with the tank according to the wear condition. The shaft end seal is a kind of sealing device. The purpose of the seal is to prevent the mortar from leaking and to ensure that the shaft is not worn and the bearing works normally.

When the single-shaft paddle mixer is working, the motor directly drives the reel through the reducer to move the wire rope. The pulley block drives the hopper up and down, and the hopper limit device is installed at the end of the reel to control the correct working position of the hopper. When the position is not suitable,it can adjust the nut to meet the requirements. The unloading mechanism of the single-shaft agitator is electric, and the power is output and operated by the agitating shaft through the conical friction clutch, and the shaft is rotated by the chain and the eccentric to open and close the discharge door.
