Stainless steel double-shaft paddle mixer is widely used in the mixing of powder, granule, flake, block and viscous materials in feed, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and pesticide industries, which effectively improves work efficiency. It mainly uses stirring shaft. The spiral blades are rotated in the opposite direction to mix and agitate the material.


The stainless steel double-shaft paddle mixer is developed by combining the essence of the domestic and international twin-axis paddle mixer. It is an ideal mixing device with low speed, high efficiency and energy saving. It has high mixing uniformity, no dead angle and short mixing period. Each batch of materials can be uniformly mixed within 30 to 120 seconds.


The stainless steel double-shaft paddle mixer adopts the bottom full-length door opening structure, which has rapid discharge and low residual rate; the discharge sealing is reliable, there is no leakage, the load can be varied, and the machine can be equipped with grease adding pipeline. The liquid can be added in an appropriate amount; and the overall structure of the device is compact, the appearance is beautiful, the occupied space is smaller than other mixing equipment; the mixing is fast, soft, stable, low noise, no dust, no environmental pollution and the like.


The stainless steel double-shaft paddle mixer consists of two rotors with opposite directions of rotation. The rotor is welded with a plurality of special angled blades, and the blade with animal material rotates counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine. Regardless of the shape, size and density of the material, the material can be floated in an instantaneous weightless state, which enables the material to form an omnidirectional continuous cycle in the machine slot and interlace with each other to achieve a fast, gentle, uniform mixing effect.
