Introduction to the working principle of the feed mixer

The feed mixer can mix different types of feeds, which not only increases the surface contact area of the material, but also accelerates the chemical reaction. At the same time, it can accelerate the physical change, and the mixing and mixing machine can accelerate the dissolution and mixing. In the operation of the feed mixer, the material to be mixed is agitated mainly by a mechanical agitator, a gas stream and a jet of the liquid to be mixed to achieve uniform mixing.

 

That is to say, during the operation of the feed mixer, a flow is generated between the liquids by agitation, and the flowing liquid pushes the liquid around it, and as a result, a circulating liquid flow is formed in the solution, and the resulting diffusion between the liquids is called Convection for the main body. When the liquid flow rate caused by the agitation is high, shearing occurs at the interface between the high-speed liquid flow and the surrounding low-speed liquid flow, thereby generating a large number of local vortices.

 

We know that the mixing of the feed mixer requires that all of the mixture be uniformly distributed. The degree of mixing is divided into three states: ideal mixing, random mixing, and completely unmixed. The actual degree of mixing of the various materials depends on factors such as the proportion, physical state and characteristics of the materials to be mixed, as well as the type of the feed mixer and the duration of the mixing operation.
